If you like choice, the best of Creole culture is on the buffet,
hosted three times daily at the main restaurant - although the
array of aromas, flavours and cuisine on offer may make decisions
tricky. Share a table with friends or family while basking in the
sun around the pool bar. This is just the spot to refuel with a
light snack and a cool drink throughout the day.
Le Maloya (6.30 a.m. to 10 a.m., noon - 2 p.m. and 7.30
p.m. to 9.30 p.m.)
Our main restaurant is the place to gather for a hearty breakfast
or a lazy lunch al fresco style. You'll find everything from
generous salads, local fish and lobsters to tropical fruits and
freshly grilled meats. Experience cooking traditions across the
Indian Ocean, from the Maldives to Madagascar. As night falls,
festive themed buffet dinners provide a further opportunity to try
flavours from distant lands. And if you need a little
entertainment, you won't have to look too far, thanks to our local
musicians and dancers.
Comptoir Sud (breakfast9.30 a.m. to 11 a.m., drinks and
snacks11 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
You deserve a sleep in. For those lazy mornings where you just
can't find any reason to crawl out from under the covers, enjoy a
late breakfast overlooking the pool. Delicious snacks are served
throughout the day and into evening at our pool bar, along with
some stealthy fruit cocktails laced with rum. Sit back and
watch the crimson sunset unfold into a star filled night sky. And
then the band starts. A little salsa, some tango. These are the
things that keep us up at night.
Dress Code
Although there's no particular dress code during the day, we do
ask you not to wear uncovered swimming attire in the restaurant
during breakfast time. Evening wear is smart-casual after 6pm. And
gentlemen, no flip-flops or shorts in the restaurants and bars
during dinnertime please.
